My Approach to Therapy
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping people create meaningful change that lasts. I believe healing happens through understanding ourselves more fully, building healthier connections, and learning new ways of responding to life when old patterns are no longer working.
My work is rooted in evidence-based approaches and draws from attachment-informed therapy, trauma-informed care, and neuropsychotherapy. Together, we look at not only what you’re experiencing, but also where those patterns may come from and what can help things begin to feel different.
My approach may include:
EMDR to help process difficult experiences and trauma
Neuropsychotherapy to better understand how life experiences, the nervous system, and the brain influence emotional health
Attachment-focused work to explore relationship patterns and strengthen connection
Gottman Method approaches (Level II trained) to support couples in building healthier communication and deeper understanding
Parts work to build understanding and compassion for the different parts of yourself, helping you feel more connected and grounded
What Therapy Looks Like
Therapy is a place to slow down and make sense of what feels hard, overwhelming, or stuck.
Together, we work to understand patterns, build emotional awareness, and create new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you are and how you want to live.
The goal isn’t just insight. It’s helping you experience meaningful change in everyday life — feeling more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the things that matter most to you.
