Rates & Insurance

I aim to make therapy as accessible and straightforward as possible.

Below is general information about insurance and payment options. If you have specific questions, feel free to reach out.

Private pay rates are available upon request.

Insurance Information

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare.

Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan, including your deductible, copay, or coinsurance.

If you’re unsure about your coverage, I’m happy to help you understand your benefits before getting started.

If your plan is out-of-network, you may still be able to receive reimbursement depending on your benefits.

Payment

For clients using insurance, payment is due at the time of service and processed according to your plan.

For private pay sessions, payment is due at the time of service.

I accept standard forms of payment, including credit and debit cards, as well as HSA/FSA cards.

Any required copay or balance is due at the time of your session.

Extended couples therapy sessions (80 minutes) are available and are often recommended to support the structure of this work.

These sessions are typically self-pay and are not billed through insurance.

Out-of-Network Coverage

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement depending on your benefits.

I recommend contacting your insurance provider to better understand your out-of-network coverage.

Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider

You may find it helpful to ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • What is my reimbursement rate for therapy sessions?

  • Are there any limits on the number of sessions?

  • Can I have a reference number for this call?

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services if you are not using insurance.

This helps provide transparency and allows you to plan for your care.
