About Niki Mullis MA, LMFT

I’m Niki Mullis, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina with over seven years of experience supporting individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and ongoing overwhelm.

Many of the people I work with are used to holding a lot together on their own. From the outside, things may look fine, but internally there can be stress, disconnection, or patterns that keep repeating despite your best efforts to change them.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin shifting those patterns in a way that actually lasts.

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping you feel both supported and challenged in the right ways. I integrate attachment-informed therapy, trauma-informed care including EMDR, and neuropsychotherapy to support meaningful and lasting change.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, our work together is focused on helping you feel more clear, connected, and grounded in your day-to-day life.

I believe healing happens through connection within yourself and in your relationships.

What You Can Expect

Therapy with me is a space where you do not have to carry everything on your own.

Together, we will identify patterns, build emotional regulation, and create new ways of responding that feel more intentional and aligned with who you are.

The goal is not just insight, but real change that you can feel in your daily life and relationships.
